A professional team at your service
Ymagis’ support team, made up of engineers with IT, post-production and/or booth operations’ backgrounds, is available every day from 8AM to midnight.
Each member of the team shares its time between support tasks and cinema interventions in order to deploy TCSs and link all digital devices to Ymagis’ network.
The support team assists you with operational tasks
Be it general operation support, training on the use of any functions or using the configuration of a programming or automation tool…
They solve any operational problems
A DCP that takes too much time to be ingested, a KDM that does not unlock a DCP, a program badly executed, a slow content transmission or recalcitrant device… Ymagis’ support team helps solve problems or ensure that they are resolved as quickly as possible by an onsite service partner, always tracking the incident in order to be most efficient.
They account for and follow up all incidents
Either handled directly by Ymagis or one of its local partners, Ymagis keeps track of all your requests and reports to operators in real time to fulfill our undertakings.
Ymagis’ support team is in close contact with all other departments of the company (digital lab, content dispatchers, software developers, installers…) , which guaranties an efficient response and maximum capacity to answer all your cinema's needs
